- SIIA CODiE Awards 2009 Winner
The international jury of the SIIA CODiE Award selected CodeMeter as the winner in the category “Best Digital Rights Management Solution.” Since 1986 the SIIA CODiE award program has carried out the same purpose – to showcase the software and information industry’s finest products and services and to honor excellence in corporate achievement and philanthropic efforts. CodeMeter is particularly predestinated, because next to the software protection and license management features, software vendors are able to handle the license delivery and to offer helpful security functions to their users.- SIIA CODiE Awards 2007 Finalist
The international jury has once again awarded CodeMeter as one of the top 5 products in the category “Best Digital Rights Management” for the SIIA CODiE Awards 2007. In 2005, it was in the top 5. With the placing as “Finalist” in 2007, CodeMeter again has received the important qualification and the chance for being elected as a winner in this category by the members of the association “Software and Information Industry Association” (SIIA, www.siia.net).- dot.NET Magazine 2007 Reader’s Choice Award
Again in 2007 the German dot.net magazine organized a Reader’s Choice Award. There, the readers of the dot.net magazine can choose their favourite out of 12 categories and over 100 products. In the category “Best Tool for Copy Protection / Obfuscation” WibuKey by Wibu-Systems has been chosen for the first place and has been awarded for the first time.- SIIA CODiE Awards 2006 Finalist
For the second time Wibu-Systems AG, a leading manufacturer of hardware based protection solutions for software, documents, access and media, has been nominated as a finalist by the international jury of the SIIA Codie Awards 2006. This is for their CodeMeter product, in the category “Best Security Software.” The final round nominations include 5 products from around the world. The members of the “Software and Information Industry Association” (SIIA, www.siia.net) are holding a vote to decide the best products with the winners awarded the “Oscar of Software Industry” at a gala that will be held in San Francisco on May 16, 2006.- 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany Nomination
The German company Wibu-Systems AG has been nominated for the 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany with their hardware CodeMeter/M. This is the only official design award in Germany and the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs offers this reward. In February 2006, twenty Silver Awards and 5 Gold Awards will be handed out for the outstanding products in the areas of product design and communication design in Frankfurt.- CodeMeterStick awarded as top product of the year 2005 by Elektronik magazine
The USB hardware CodeMeterStick has been awarded with the first prize “Product of the year 2005” in the rubric “Embedded Design” by the professional German electronic magazine “Elektronik.” Nominating a total of 111 products by the editorial department, the readers have chosen the top products in different categories among them. One reason for the award was that software vendors can get a secure protection against piracy and at same time users can gain by the different PC security functions - as mentioned at the award ceremony in Munich, Germany, on March 13.- iF product design award 2005
The USB hardware CodeMeter/M, developed by Wibu-Systems, has been awarded with the international design competition “iF product design award” at CeBIT 2005. In 2005, a total of 2,322 participants from 31 countries have applied for the sought-after design prize that will be placed for 542 products this time. CodeMeter/M was viewed together with other winners at iF exhibition at the fair ground in Hanover, Germany, from March 10 till September 2005.- SIIA CODiE Awards 2005 Finalist
In its first entry in the worldwide SIIA CODiE Awards 2005 competition, Wibu-Systems has been selected as finalist. This year’s competition marks the twentieth anniversary for the CODiEs and will be hosted by the American “Software and Information Industry Association” (SIIA, www.siia.net) in appreciation of the world’s best products and services in the software industry. CodeMeter has been nominated in the category “Best Digital Rights Management Solution: Software.” The final round of this category include Wibu-Systems, the only European and German company, and four American companies.- iF Design Award China 2004

At CeBIT asia 2004, the USB memory hardware CodeMeterStick has been awarded in the category“Communication”. In 2004, Wibu-Systems is the only German company in this category. - “China Computer World” 2003
- For 2003 the magazine “China Computer World” awarded a prize to Wibu-Systems as a proof of the high quality of their software protection solution WibuKey. The reward is given in the category “Best Chosen for the Software Protection System.” The award was a result of the staging of two Hacker’s Contests in the last two years in China. No hacker succeeded in cracking a sample program.
